When the inquiry form is configured, submitting it sends your name, email, service, platform, related project, budget, message and privacy acknowledgement directly from your browser to Web3Forms over HTTPS. Personal-data fields remain locked when configuration is missing. We do not save inquiry drafts in browser storage or operate an inquiry database. If you contact us by email, we receive the details you send. We may also collect standard technical data such as browser type and IP address through our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
We use inquiries and direct correspondence to respond to your questions and provide support. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools in the future to understand how visitors use our website. If we do, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how you can opt out.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate this website (such as form processing or hosting), but only as needed to provide those services and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Web3Forms and spam verification
Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, processes submissions and forwards notifications to our configured email account. Its infrastructure and spam-prevention providers may process submission and technical data, including IP addresses, across countries. See its privacy policy and data processing agreement.
If enabled, hCaptcha loads on the contact form and processes browser and security information to check for spam. Its privacy information explains that processing. Form details are sent only when you submit with the required acknowledgement and verification.
Data retention
Web3Forms states that submissions are retained for up to three years, with shorter periods or earlier deletion depending on account settings and its terms; routine logs and backups follow provider policies. Copies delivered to our mailbox are retained as needed for the inquiry and related correspondence, separately from Web3Forms. You may request deletion through our contact details in the footer. Deleting a dashboard submission does not automatically remove mailbox or backup copies.
